This policy explains how Netquity uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on the website and app experience.

Essential Authentication Cookies

Our current web app uses essential cookies that are required to authenticate users and keep sessions active. These cookies are not used for advertising.

• "id_token" and "access_token": httpOnly cookies used to maintain authenticated sessions. These are generally short-lived and typically expire after about one hour unless refreshed.
• "refresh_token": httpOnly cookie used to request new session tokens. It is configured for a longer duration and may persist for up to roughly six months unless you sign out earlier.

Browser Storage

We also use browser storage to remember in-product settings and current selections on your device.

• Local storage preferences, such as theme, selected currency, advanced mode, and hidden-balance settings.
• Session storage used to remember the currently selected workspace or project during active use.

What We Do Not Use Today

Based on the current implementation of the product, we do not use advertising cookies and we do not currently deploy third-party analytics cookies on the public site or authenticated app experience.

Managing Cookies and Storage

You can control cookies through your browser settings and clear local or session storage from your browser. If you block or remove essential cookies, sign-in and secure parts of the service may stop working properly.

Future Changes

If we add non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where applicable law requires it.
